Email Meter Enterprise needs to be installed on your domain. This means installation needs to be performed by an administrator, or any user with enough permissions to do this in your Google Workspace admin panel.

Install on the Google Workspace Marketplace

Email Meter Enterprise needs to be installed on your domain.

Make sure that you’re logged in with your Google Workspace Admin account to the Marketplace.

Then, click on “Domain install” as shown below.

When the consent pop-up appears, click on “Continue”.

Then, select if you want to install it on the entire domain or restrict the application access to specific groups of users.

If you decide to restrict permissions to specific mailboxes, we recommend using Access Groups rather than Organizational Units. You can read more about it here.

Done! Email Meter Enterprise is now installed.

Submit the onboarding form

Once the application is installed, you’ll need to fill out the onboarding form.

In the onboarding form, you will be asked to provide information such as the mailboxes that need to be tracked, the users that need access to see email statistics, the level of access they should have, business hours, timezone and other relevant settings.
